While at Overstock, I was lead designer (read: lone designer) in the creation of Eziba.com, a private sales site along the lines of Gilt Groupe and One Kings Lane. The biggest design requirement was that it was not to look anything like Overstock. A fine line between elegance, exclusivity, and the actual demographics the site catered to had to be walked. After only a month of being live, Eziba accounts for over a third of Overstock's subbrand total.
Note: struck/axiom designed the logo and provided some early direction.
Note 2: Overstock pulled the plug on it. Wah wahhhhhh.
